Ordered chicken filet bites and got strips. Teenage son didn’t like them so I had to make him a pizza.

I ordered at 6.54 at 8.10 I called to see what had happened to my food I was told we are busy with the football, well perhaps someone could have let us know I was told it would be here in 15 min it arrived at 20.40. The food was not only cold but looked like it had been kicked about before it was packed. Was told be the driver he had just picked up the order. I have never put a bad review up about the food or service and did DM them seen it had been read but ignored that is why I am putting this up and will be putting one on Facebook to. I have been eating here for years but after the treatment tonight 😪 I had a friend up from London and told him this was the best in glasgow big mistake

Waited 2 hours for my meal. Got the wrong order and it was too late to fix it as they had closed. Ordered a supper and didn't even get the chips only a 1/4 pizza. So waited 2 hours for a 1/4 pizza

I called to make sure I'd done the order right and asked for onions on my fried pizza. I left a note on the order and asked for it when I called. It was literally the only thing missing. Shame coz I love the good

Pre Ordered withe the app but wasn't ready or even stating at pickup time. Was great though as was given extra in order to make up for it

The food was delicious and was still hot when it arrived, which was lovely. The only very minor gripe is that we had asked for salt & vinegar on both the dishes but there didn’t seem to be any. Also, when adding salt & vinegar to the order on the website, the pop up box is a bit confusing. The actual food itself from Marinis is always really nice and definitely a cut above other restaurants in the area.

Took 2 hours to arrive on a Sunday night by the time it came the shop was closed so couldn't phone to tell them it was cold and soggy.

I just lovvvveeeeee the fish and chips and always loads of chips. Special breaded fish is the best

This is the best chippy out there, it's always good service from the shop or on there app. The food is always so good an brilliant value.

What we got was ok but had stuff delivered we didn't order and had stuff missing that we did order

I pre ordered a £55 meal for collection. I waited for a further 10 minutes after arriving before the staff realised the pizzas were already sitting on top of the oven. So by the time rest of the order had been prepared, they had been sitting for a period of time. I live less than 5mins drive, but by the time ingot home the pizza’s were cold and very overcooked. And having to reheat them in the oven did not help the quality of the meal. I’m not in the of complaining unnecessarily and have ordered from Marini’s numerous time over the years, but wouldn't again after this really disappointing experience. Regards Paul

Just moved the day we purchased our meal so was a long day and cooking wasn’t an option. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Service was slow, while calling restraunt appreciated it was busy but abrupt and lack of info on when delivery would take place and no apology for late service either. Food however was still hot and good.

Food very cold

1. Waited an hour longer than estimated time for a Sunday night is poor. 2. Fish in panko batter was rubbery and think may have been sitting too long. 3. Received an email at 3.40am the following day to say my delivery was on the way lol!!
